Rose Lwitiko Mwambusi

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Tumaini University (Iringa) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Mzumbe University (Morogoro) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.

She is an Associate Partner of the Firm. She regularly assists the Firm on general corporate matters including but not limited to reviewing, vetting and drafting of contracts, leases, loan agreements and security documents; conducting extensive due diligence investigations for lending/borrowing purposes, forming new business entities (i.e. Partnerships, Corporations); as well as providing case updates to clients.
