Ms BUMI FRED MWAISAKA, LL.B. (DAR), PGDLMA (Dar), LL.M. (Dar)
Managing Partner
Bumi Mwaisaka is the Managing Partner of the firm. She holds a bachelor of laws (LL.B) from University of Dar es Salaam, Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Mediation & Arbitration) from the Institute of Social Works and Master’s Degree (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate law from the University of Dar es Salaam.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, and Courts subordinate thereto. She specializes in
land, company, commercial, finance, banking, insurance, competition, labour, sales of good, mining and investment laws. She worked as an Assistant Registrar of Titles at the Ministry of Lands for fourteen years. As an Assistant Registrar of Titles she was involved in registration of landed titles (including condominium titles), transactions and legal documents including mortgages, land disputes resolution, development and review of Laws, negotiations of bilateral agreements and drafting of contracts.
NEEMA JULIE JONES
Senior Partner
Neema is a Senior Partner to the Firm and a one of the founding Members and holds a Bachelor of Law
(LL.B) (Honors) from the University of Dar es Salaam, she is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, and courts subordinate thereto.
Neema has over 13 years experience in corporate Commercial Law. Neema has worked for Kisarika and Malimi Advocates (Now K and M Advocates) for 7 years as a Legal officer to Senior Legal Officer and as an Associate Partner at Mark and Associates Attorneys. She has done various consultancy works for
different UN agencies such as UN women, IOM, UNFPA, WFP to name a few and Various Projects for
other International organization such as ICT International. She has an extensive experience in Banking
where she has worked as a Senior Legal Manager at Equity Bank Tanzania Limited and thereafter as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at KCB Bank Tanzania Limited.
NGASSA MBOJE GANJA, LL.B (Dar), PG Dip (Dar), LL.M (Dar);

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from University of Dar es salaam and Masters of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law from University of Dar es Salaam and holds a Post Graduate Diploma
in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. Ngassa Ganja is the firm’s senior partner and an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, and Courts subordinate thereto. An accomplished Legal practitioner, litigant, researcher, and academician. He previously served as a Resident Magistrate in Tanzania judicial system where he acquired vast experience on Court Room Practices and Procedures. He also worked as a head of legal department for Affricarriers group of companies for more than five years. His experience is both broad and tested. His field of interest is Conveyance, Corporate law, Mercantile Law, Transportation Law, Banking Law, Cybercrime Law, Competition Law, Insurance Law International Law and Labour Law
ROSE LWITIKO MWAMBUSI
Associate Partner
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Tumaini University (Iringa) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Mzumbe University (Morogoro) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
She is an Associate Partner of the Firm. She regularly assists the Firm on general corporate matters including but not limited to reviewing, vetting and drafting of contracts, leases, loan agreements and security documents; conducting extensive due diligence investigations for lending/borrowing purposes, forming new business entities (i.e. Partnerships, Corporations); as well as providing case updates to clients.
JESCA LEWIS
Legal Officer
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Tumaini University (Iringa), Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and Postgraduate Diploma in Procurement and Logistic Management (PGDPLM) from Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA).
She is a Legal Officer of the Firm. She regularly assists the Firm reviewing, vetting and drafting of contracts, leases and loan agreements.

Legal Officer
He holds Bachelor of Laws from St. Augustine University of Tanzania(Mwanza) He is a Legal Officer of the Firm dealing with incorporation of companies, drafting of contracts and agreements.
